I was very nervous when I started working at XPO, but everyone was so welcoming and willing to help me. That dynamic didn't change as I grew more comfortable in my position. My boss has never gotten annoyed by me asking questions. They're always there to help me in anyway they can.

Everyone is a team player. I've never seen an angry face as a result of the company. XPO cares about its employees and takes care us.

We work with different accounts, but we are always willing to take some time to help each other out if we have questions. We work together as a team, not as individuals.
