I've worked at XPO for almost 8 years, I feel like this is my home, I started out packaging product into boxes and I worked my way up to a Supervisor position, I've held several positions within the company and I can tell you there is a great growth opportunity here, I would definitely recommend XPO

Diversity is the number one positivity at XPO. The environment is generally nice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the pay the most along with the fact that I get paid weekly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is that they're wiling to learn go the extra mile to get the customer taken care of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that Leadership touch bases with me once a month or so, I get the chance to voice any concerns and provide any feedback I might have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing from my direct reports, how they're always reaching out to me for assistance and coaching/training, I can see they appreciate that and I feel like I am making a difference.
