What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

there is a lot positive reinforcement in most situations, positive outlook on growth.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly group, each individual wants the person next to them to be successful, and more productive each day.

What makes you most happy at work?

When the work environment is relaxed and positive. One difficult work experience for one person can be contagious.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Equally high expecations, for all employees... tenure being the variable for set excpatations. more inexperienced employees are given the time to be able to become successful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The carrier rep commission pay keeps on getting lower, ever time adjustments are made to the compensation structure. 45 days is too little time for Carrier paperwork uploaded and closed in Freight Optimizer. If you consider high volume drop trailer, it is often that the BOL's are not sent ASAP.
