Overall company is a very solid company, but with the growth we are seeing in the LTL sector I don't feel that we were prepared to handle it properly. Most hourly workers do not know management past SCM's or District leaders, the VP level on up is unknown to them.

Everyone helps each other out, a very close knit district.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The local culture we have built as a terminal is great and as a district is great, we all work together with a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is engaged and involved, they understand the challenges we are facing and do all they can to help while still holding everyone accountable.
