i started as a mechanic, moved up to leadman and then to shop manager. i ran xps for 3.5 years, in that time i have helped run xhs while they found a new manager and also helped by running xls and xps at the same time. i enjoyed the challenge of running more than 1 shop and hope to run xhs in future
