The communicate frequently and are highly enthusiastic. I feel like I'm working for people who care about the company and its direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one seems to take themselves too seriously, while taking coworkers seriously. The overall mindset is optimistic and kind, rather than cynical.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being fully vested in the 401k match is nice. The health insurance package is robust. Three weeks of PTO as a start instead of two is a nice plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly laid back and keeps a highly positive mindset. There is rarely if ever any snark about other people. I feel very safe with my team.
