We all seem to care about the company and the freight. We all get upset when freight is damaged.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Zero follow through. We are focused on goals set by last years standards. AKA Load Average. We get punished for opening a natural empty in a lane to make sure all the freight services because its light freight. Not all freight in the network is 24k lbs. We do not have the same freight as 2020
