What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company expresses the need to be as diverse as possible. Also, it looks like the company will give every employee a chance for promotion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits, especially the health benefits, can be allot better. I do not like the HMO plan that makes us pay a high deductible before the health insurance pays. As far as the compensation, I would like to see the salary range for each position.
