Even with all the service challenges, I love working at XPO. XPO has the potential to be the best LTL carrier in the market. We just need to improve service and handling.

I think that everyone has become immune to the situation and does not claim openly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The sales incentive. Also the recent addition of a day off for diversity was pleasantly surprising - Thank you
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Service is bad. Crazy amount of lost and damaged freight. There needs to be accountability. There needs to be follow through. A lot of emails to OS&D folks and SCMs go unanswered. The root issue is the service.
