Salaries at XPO are lower than other Logistics organizations for comparable positions. Bonuses that are paid out overall are extremely low.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I do not feel stressed. Accomplishing excellent customer satisfaction, ensuring that my work is completed to the best of my ability, receiving great feedback from my co-workers and my customer, achieving my goals and ensuring that I stay on top of my work load and complete projects on time.
