I feel that there are not enough women in leadership roles at the account levels. Particularly in IT. I find it quite challenging for anyone who is without "management" experience, but who has years of successful team leadership experience to move up the chain.

Flexible environment, understanding leadership, and capability to achieve not only work goals, but personal as well.

We are all on the same page, wanting the same goal, and all work together to provide our customers best in class service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the market for some positions, there are companies out there who are paying more $. I feel XPO does not offer current employees a competitive salary to retain them. I feel they would rather pay more for fresh students out of school who lack the experience and industry knowledge.
