Stop horsing around with videos / memes / Gif's etc & concentrate on billing RTP / RTB, obtaining carrier invoices etc. Minutes wasted = $$ loss
Roll over of PTO, Would like to say commissions but the process to apply payments to invoices takes over 2 months & then i get paid on the 3rd month. I've been in sales for over 25 yrs & 3 months to receive a commission is way too long in my opinion. Not to mention that XPO is showing in the Red
