My experience has been one of growth. When I started here, I was at the bottom but that afforded me the chance to build a strong foundation. Every step up along the way has been strengthened by that base and I even finished college along the way.

Being part of a successful team. My role provides many diverse opportunities, it's never boring or mundane.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As stated previously, the people make the culture and promoting the team first approach generates a great vibe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are just that, a team with a team-oriented focus. There's an aspect to it that is, for the most part, devoid of self-promotion and politics that fosters good morale and buy in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that across the board, the company underpays by offering the lowest possible pay in the pay range. While I feel the pay is competitive, it is rare for an individual to be at the top of that pay range.
