They are open to hearing from you. You can reach out to someone multiple levels up with thoughts and they will often engage with you and be responsive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If you are one of the higher performing reps in brokerage and you are ready to take the next step into management, you often have to take a pay cut to do so. Essentially still doing similar work just with more responsibility to drive growth and revenue for the company and get paid less for it.
