Overall I am please unfortunately the last 16 months not as much but it has been a difficult time in the industry which hopefully will settle down in 2022.
What makes you most happy at work?
Long-term goals I personally have around income and promotion
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on our team is very helpful and willing to share knowledge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do feel that the management team if very accessible and open to listening to issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently not commissioning but I do feel there is a lot of opportunity to commission and bonus.
