After three years work here I have feeling that all what I have done for the company on a top of my daily duties is taken like it should be like this, no thank you, nothing. Just keep working, keep put in your effort and we will keep ignoring you because this is the way how we manage people here.

More communicate with employees on all levels. Be honest and fair to everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All our team members are hard-workers mostly with can-do attitude until they realize that they have got lies by management team promising undelivered benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not have any benefits for that effort what I put at work. Every day I am staying to finish today's necessary tasks and rarely get paid for the overtime. I have feeling that my skills are wasted here.
