I have been at the company approximately 10 years and overall it is a good company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes time to survey employees each quarter. They read every response and create action plans based on the results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration. Sharing best practices and ideas. It isn't about the blame game, but how can we help all of us succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to problem solve and contribute to success. It's a large enough company with enough competition and technological changes that there are always opportunities to improve and make your mark.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office environment is fairly flexible. We can work around appointments and life commitments. We know the deadlines and expectations and we're trusted to get those done without micromanagement or second-guessing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The leadership team has been generous with the bonus package. During the pandemic, as it became clear that we would not meet our financial targets for the year they could have easily justified paying us a lower bonus. Instead, they shifted to quarterly targets to give us more opportunities to earn
