The people leave the company. We are loosing experience. We do not pay and care enough for the good employeers trying too keep as low salaries as possible. When people leave- the new unexperienced ones - are getting often higher salaries. But it is interresing company. It could be best place to work

I am active person - I lke my job, making the things happen

I receive salary and the bonus - what is agreed. sometime the bonus is paid partly - witout connection with the efforts
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Previous questions were yes or no - I think it is not so easy. The managers care , but a bit. I think that the people not feel important too much for the company
