What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others with problems; problem solving. Staying busy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some Management in the Operations Teams I work closely with are great and seem to have great goals for the site. My direct Manager works on team building and seems to keep our career goals AND personal goals in mind also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct coworkers are a fantastic bunch of peoples. We have A LOT of work on our plates and MORE added daily, but everyone seems to just take it and keep going. No matter how hard it gets. And when someone needs help, many hands reach out to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the newer people on the team have great ideas and goals for the company. They are working hard to help the whole team develop better work habits, and also try to help break bad habits that the team seems to hang on to. Seeing someone trying to make change, is intriguing and triggers morale!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a great work ethic, attention to detail and also help anyone in need on a daily basis. I feel that my career goals are being overlooked / set aside and others with less tenure / management experience are being favored. I feel that for the amount of work I am responsible for, I am underpaid.
