Overall I would say I am extremely happy with my decision to come to and remain at XPO. My main struggle is being recognized for upward mobility potential. I have been a CEO, Executive VP, Director level for over 20 years but I feel that my worth to the company is only based on what I can do today

Seeing and experiencing my teams ability to win and overcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that the best part about my compensation package is my ability to have uncapped earning potential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are constantly adapting and overcoming any and all obstacles in their path. Developing real solutions for our customers and for XPO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continually focus on helping you become more than you are today. They always push for more but not at the expense of creating a negative employee engagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that the most positive piece about our office culture is one of openness and transparency across all levels. I want my employees to know that they can be real, be who they really are without fear or reprisal.
