What are some of the best things about your team?
My old team was eliminated and I had a new boss within 4 days. My old team was fantastic and will be extremely missed. Cassie Eschenbach was the best Manager I've ever had.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since this is 100% anonymous, I think it is absolutely terrible the way Cassie Eschenbach and Bilqees Laghari left XPO and there was no public communication. No email to the people they worked with, no nothing. No responses from HR regarding their complaints of that one person. Everything else is OK
