I think XPO as a company are a well organised business but when it comes to site level I am not so confident,I have been here a lot of years and in that time have seen many changes but if I am totally honest in the past few years I have seen things decline and not sure if it will ever improve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
struggling to think of a positive at this time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My day is the same everyday same moans and groans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Find it difficult to answer this as I have never seen or met any of the exc team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve attitude towards XPO demonstrate that they want to be part of a team / show that they care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No more opportunities for me to progress within the business it feels as though I have hit the ceiling with XPO for me working is not always about the money it's about appreciation
