Systems need improvement, WMX needs to be changed into CLM.
LMH leadership is solid, but direction is unclear due to lack of communication.
I know other managers at this level in other divisions are pay at a much higher rate. LM is treated as an loss and that the leaders are the weakest in the company when we are facing the toughest operations in the entire company.
