i had very high expectations knowing XPO from years ago but i understand this new division is still in the process to detail the new structure, procedures, etc If all departments could be focused on service excellence the process could be faster, still i'm sure we will reach XPO goals

They are willing to do extraordinary activities to cover the process & systems opportunities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's some perks i used to have on previous jobs that i don't have here now and the salary does not compensate that, there's no periodic bonuses based on results, the one we have every bimester goes thru a voting process
