I like working it when it is good. But it can be very mixed, positive one day and then negative the next. I like when I am busy and have lots to do as it makes the day go quicker and keeps me interested. There is not much room for progression or to earn more money, so people leave quickly of often.

More recognition for hardwork and effort I put in. More opportunity to grow and earn more money.

When I have lots to do to keep me interested and not get bored. A faster pace is better and doing different things. Also when we do fun stuff
