I think we have an amazing team at XESC IT, including managers who do take care of their people. But I'm really unhappy that XPO high level mgnt still do not see the potential of the remote working organization, and I'm sad to think that I would have to leave XPO if it remains like this tomorrow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing iabout my team is our diversity, I'm proud to be part of an European team, it really brings added value and open mindset.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is to see the added value of the projects I'm working on, I'm sure we are improving the supply chain and the day-to-day work of our warehouse collegues thanks to our innovatives IT tools.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have great leadership team doing amazing job. Nevertheless, I'm astonished about how remote working question is handled here in France. Its very hypocritical to congratulate everyb. for hard dedication during the pandemic, but then not planning to pursue such great work/life balance improvment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is distributed accros EU, best about it is that we can work closely while being miles away. But then I can't understand why remote work is not promoted at XPO SC FR, that's obvisouly a good fit with our organization - and a must-have tomorrow to attract tallented people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonus being indexed mostly on personal achievement is great and valuable, but the compensation it gives - even achieving 100% of the goals - is quite low from my perspective. Also, I would be happy to buy shares of the future GXO company, but didn't heard about any employees process for it.
