being new to this industry at first i was a bit overwhelmed but due to the constant support of my team and managers and others that were brought in at the beginning to help i feel more comfortable and like i can do anything

They really care about me as a person and care about my well being. They are also always available to answer any questions or concerns i have
What are some of the best things about your team?
even though some of us have never meet in person because they are in another state we work great as a team we took our account from a shaky start to a much better place that the company and customer are happy with
What makes you most happy at work?
That i can take a bad and turn it into a good meaning i can take a customers bad taste about a missed pickup, late delivery or OS&D issue and turn it into a positive by showing them i care about the issue and fixing it
