In the last 4+ years, for the most part, have been more positive than negative. I was not happy so many coworkers were furloughed so easily in 2020. I haven't felt as supported at home as I did when I was in the office, but I'm not excited about going to the office either.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very knowledgeable. Helpful, usually, when asked.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my customers are happy with my service level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, people are more supportive than competitive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the most part, the medical package. I don't need to use medical insurance often though.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better training for new hires, more resources for quoting for all coworkers. Better communication while working remotely.
