I really like the fact that the leadership team in Lenoir really cares about you not just as an employee but as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a family here in Lenoir. Anytime something goes wrong we always have each others back and work together to get the issues resolved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid more and was able to accrue more vacation time. I mean we literally worked through a pandemic without fail and still continue to deliver on a daily basis. The hazard pay should've become permanent for those that continue to work here everyday.
