No quit attitude and people still working together the best they can.

What are some of the best things about your team?
No quit. Even through some major challenges since COVD struck many of the team members haven't given up even though they are being stretched thin.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to continue to staff the building to business needs. Very hard to attract new good talent in the current location we are in. Poor applicant pools lead to poor hiring decisions and lead to a large amount of turn over.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There continues to be more admin work put on the SCMs with little to no support at the front line level. With increasing tonnage volumes in our large facilities, we are struggling to cover shifts from a management stand point. Quarterly bonus payout would be nice rather than yearly.
