If I was paid like I should be, compared to the rest of the market doing my job, & if I felt like I was valued enough to stay with XPO, & appreciated for my efforts, many of my answers/responses would be better. But XPO doesn't do anything for me that makes me want to stay, including being underpaid

Improve friendlier attitudes, better teamwork, cleanliness, training.
What makes you most happy at work?
XPO DUBLIN... BEING ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME! Less distractions working from home rather than in the office. I've been more productive and efficient with my work. XPO has been more profitable. WORKING FROM HOME THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF, I HAVE BEEN THE HAPPIEST I'VE BEEN WORKING FOR XPO IN 7 YEARS
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have saved the company millions & I'm underpaid by at least $10K for my salary from my last "promotion". HR & my manager would not negotiate. Then I was denied my yearly merit increase this year because I was told that "promotion" was my "pay increase" that I have been denied for the past 6 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop underpaying your employees. You also have a real opportunity to boost your employee moral by letting us continue to work from home. That is what everyone wants, and our company has been profiting and more productive. Don't force us to come back to the office. Make working from home optional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WORKING FROM HOME HAS BEEN THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO XPO DUBLIN! SAVE MONEY BY ENDING THE LEASE. BOOST EMPLYEE MORAL, AND GIVE BONUSES!!! MAKE WORKING FROM HOME OPTIONAL IF PEOPLE WANT TO KEEP WORKING FROM HOME. If people want to come in, let them. If they want to work from home, let them.
