At first I was the most positive person, when I notice that if you speak out to improve the thinks locally and escalate the issues from customers taking care of them and they expectations you will be treated with no value, respect or equity.

I work for MEXICO, USA and have CSR duties as well I will appreciate if the company and terminal value my job and increase my salary, fairly as I been doing the job that needs to be covered by 3 persons ...

many things but the worst lately was not being treated with value and respect at the Service Center, removing my stuff from my desk like if job does not count for the SC. No desk for me being the only one sales rep at the location, I have to escalate with Dos for support...
