When my staff are happy. When we archive new record etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Multi-national. Multi-cultural. Environment is pretty poor. Equipment too old. MHE does not work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
London has 35 % higher living costs but Xpo seems to not recognise that issue paying same salary to every one across U.K. ?! ( Tesco contract)
