I've been with XPO for 6 months. Thus far the experience has been good, although I am somewhat concerned about the lack of support on some of the billing issue reconciliations for my customers.

Massage therapy is partially covered which personally helps me tremendously in managing work related stress & anxieties.

The opportunity to find a potential customer that has a supply chain problem and being able to find a way to resolve it for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positivity, training and inclusion of all peoples. The company demonstrates that it is invested in the development of its people, which in turn pays dividends over time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They operate as a true TEAM and are always willing to give each other a lending hand. My teammates are truly invested in MY success despite the fact that it has no effect on them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency from the top to the bottom of the organization is clear and concise to ensure the all levels of management are working toward 1 common goal. Becoming the North America's LTL leading carrier of choice!
