What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together, we are a family outside of our blood relatives. We understand when someone is hurting and we know how to lift one another up when needed. We are bonded and respect one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I struggle with the fact I need a degree to hold my position, I am on call 24/7 and yet a Freight Class Specialist makes about the same as I do. I also don't feel the bonus payout for my position is fair either.
