3 YEARS this August. It's been a rollercoaster. 2020/2021 very demanding and challenging with what we have to work with.

Pleasing our customers and collaborating with my DOS and sales team.

Laila akhini-Ali seems like a realist but new to the organization. I like what I see this far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a political question that I don't want to engage in. We need to get back to the basics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My sales team works well together. We are always there to help each other where we can. We collaborate well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Average. The sales goal is unattainable due to operations failures. The increased expectations are discouraging. The cap was lifted but if you're in an area or terminal that cannot perform, I'm setup to fail. The salary is average in the market & bonus could be great if attainable. Benefits $$$
