tough times i understand , but we have been into these tough times for over 2 years prior to pnadimic . we have great people and leadership , but i feel like we are wore out . i plan to keep my team upbeat and safe .

with the current environment salaried employees are working 6 to 7 days a week now , but yet we are held to the same pay .
