I love my job, the people and what I do. I am very passionate about what I do. I wake up every day happy and look forward to growing with the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our role, when we take on make work/ locations we do not receive any more money for that. We are helping support more paid the same to do what we did.
