It's hard to spot someone's work ethic during an interview, so I don't hold the company accountable for hiring some less than productive employees often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we all pitch in as a team, and collectively accomplish our goals there is no better place that I have worked at prior to XPO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of responsibility everyone holds here is much higher than that of you average logistics company. The value of the material we provide and handle for the customer surely demands more compensation for ALL XPO employees.
