Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of what i do for the company. I am always being ask to go assist or help out in other hubs. Not only do i go assist, but my operation does not fall off because of my absence. a position/title created for hub managers who assist locations would be good.
