Making sure these startups are successful and at the same time providing career opportunities with people. It is very rewarding to change lives by offering them amazing opportunities. Hitting our numbers, making the customer happy and retaining business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful, they praise you daily, you are made to feel like the center of the universe. We dont get involved in office politics or gossip. We are about our work, we stay focused and conquer goals UNITED
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Regional recruiter, especially in California the pay rate is a bit low. For the workload and high volume we have, I have been head hunted by numerous companies at a way higher pay rate. I stay with XPO because I love this company and will continue to be patient with pay increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
100% support from the team. They jump in and help if needed and do not make you feel bad for needing help. I am urged to take care of my mental health like vacation and time off even though i am busy. My management team is extremely understanding of all situations and makes me feel like im important
