I think our core values are good ones, but I would have left trustworthy in them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make it more competitive with local area's salaries. In addition, recognize tenure and work ethic - reward them don't punish them with additional responsibilities for the same pay. Salaries have to be fair and equitable across the board. There are big pay differences with people with the same job
