just the constant respect for 1 another and being drama free and having a common goal to get the job done safely and efficiently

being able to work with a team that may or may not agree all the time but we come to a common ground in order to get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
just me personally i know alot in almost all departments and im willing to and do help all departments so i feel i should be compensated not only on my knowledge of all departments but the fact that i can be put anywhere and thrive
