some days are better than others, i feel frustrated most of the time due to sorting other peoples errors or mistakes.
What makes you most happy at work?
some of the interaction with my fellow workers other than that not a lot
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
not sure what would make it better, better training for warehouse staff to minimise errors
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i feel the benefits are a bit of a joke, save 5% on a top up cards, hardly a benefit
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team have good communication within our department and some of the other departments but i find failings when it comes to the warehouse
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are kind and friendly but i feel like the favour other people over myself, I'm expected to perform as a manager but have never had any training offered to me , other people in a similar role have received training
