things could be better. they could be way different. xpo is just like politics. keep the rich rich, keep the poor poorer. if its not effecting the higher ups i can honestly say they dont care.

communication and treating people the same. certain people get different privileges and different repercussions.

looking at the clocking, knowing i have only an hour left to complete my day.

we come together when we really need to. we can make it happen through any circumstance.

our work community shoutouts. they make you feel good. makes you realize your work isnt going unnoticed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we literally have to work every holiday, without any extra bonuses. i mean we have family too. they want 100% everything from us, for us to go over and beyond at all times but we make the same amount if money as the janitors here. you tell me how that's motivation?
