I came to XPO to be a manager and when i was hired that all the management positions were being give managers from another warehouse. So I took the warehouse maintenance position to get in the door, my management team knew nothing about the product as well the WMX program. they new nothing at all

You have to have leaders that lead by example
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and i expect nothing less from them and expect the same from me. We are a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing. this warehouse is to laid back. to many mistakes. managers and supervisors don't do their job and lead they sit in a chair all day. they are not leaders period
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am retired Marine 22yrs with experience in logistic and maintenance and came to this company to move up to management and at every chance I try i am turned down. I have 22 yrs experience as a leader manager and i am used the wrong way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team is warehouse maintenance my manager and supervisor work hard to support me get the job done to try and keep this facility up and running safely. The rest of the management could care less about safety and only worry about numbers. safety of my equipment and pit drivers and associates first
