I don't feel undervalued, but filling multiple roles can be exhausting mentally and physically.

That I have the freedom to use my imagination and my suggestions are considered and valued. I'm not micromanaged.

That the employees are first and we all work to help each other reach out common goal. Egos do not get in the way!
