I like XPO and it is large stable company. I think the training of staff needs to be improved. Load planners not knowing the difference in Modes or where carriers go, is not acceptable at a major transportation company.

Medical coverage is good. A little expensive

Team seems to try to provide communication on what is going on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get my assigned work done and not get everyone elses
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be trained better to do their role and not look for others to take care of their work or handle difficult situations
