Providing information that helps another do their job faster, easier, better. Routinely looking at what's working and what's not. Being heard. Brainstorming and flexing my creativity muscles.

We make an effort to connect on a personal level, which helps us understand each other's humor. That is invaluable to our ability to communicate clearly with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management really makes an effort to provide venues for feedback and open communication. I feel they do make an effort to be honest with us and don't try to put a positive spin on everything.
