I enjoy working at XPO and believe in the organization. We have leaders in place in my region that provide the necessary guidance and expectations, but then they get out of the way and let us operate. I appreciate that. I also appreciate the fact that the company offers other avenues of advancement.

The attitude and willingness to get the job done. We also have a group of people that are good at solving problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to solve problems and be creative in how we do it. Each day is different even though the task at hand is usually the same but with new challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After beating plan by more than 200% for 2020, I received a 3.5% increase in pay. This was .5% more than what was budgeted. What's my incentive to go above and beyond if there is only a .5% reward over meeting plan.
